Flour – 1 cup.
Green chilli – 1 (chopped).
Ginger – 1 small piece (grated).
Celery – 1/2 teaspoon.
salt to taste.
Turmeric – 1/4 teaspoon.
Oil – for baking paratha.

method of preparation
First of all, wash the fenugreek leaves thoroughly and chop them finely. Add flour, chopped fenugreek, green chilli, ginger, celery, turmeric and salt in a bowl and mix well. Knead the dough with little water. The dough should neither be too hard nor too soft. Now keep the flour covered for some time, so that the flavor of fenugreek gets mixed well. Make a ball from the kneaded dough and roll the paratha with a rolling pin. Pour oil on the pan and fry the paratha until it becomes golden and crispy. Serve hot fenugreek parathas with curd or pickle.
